About William

William Solow

William Solow is a professional science communicator and the codirector of the nonprofit AMeaningofLife.org, where he guides the development of science-based self-help resources used by therapists, teachers, and coaches across the country and around the world. He loves helping authors translate complex psychology research into engaging, accurate, and accessible materials for the general public.

William's path to science communication began with an undergraduate degree in astrophysics — training that shaped how he thinks about evidence, complexity, and clarity. Work with children in developmental settings drew him toward psychology, and eventually toward the question of what makes a meaningful life. When he's not writing or working with other writers, he can occasionally be found juggling or climbing.
